These Terms and Conditions are issued by Visit My Harbour (the "Providers") and apply to the entire contents of this web site under the domain names including any sub-domains listed above (the "Website") and to any correspondence by e-mail between the Providers and you.  By accessing the Website you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Website Use: NOT FOR NAVIGATION PURPOSES   (as opposed to "Buy and Keep" products which CAN be used for navigation purposes)

This Website is for general information only, most of it is free to use,  and it is a condition of use that NONE of the information included is used for navigation purposes.  The MCA (Maritime coastguard agency) requires that you carry amongst other things, up to date charts, lists of lights, tide tables, a means of receiving weather forecasts at sea, and that you make a passage plan when sailing in waters that are not "sheltered".  NOTHING IN THIS WEBSITE SATISFIES these requirements, and the prudent mariner will carry paper charts, tide tables, lists of lights, etc. The charts provided are NOT TO NAVIGATION STANDARDS, the Tide Tables do not use the same harmonic data as official predictions, and must be treated as APPROXIMATE, any waypoints given MAY NOT be suitable for all craft and weather conditions, CHANGES may have been made to harbours since publication, and there may have been ERRORS in the transmission of the web page.  The prudent mariner will use all information available to come to decisions, and if in ANY DOUBT stand off in deep safe water until he (she) is satisfied it is safe to proceed.
